About 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time! If you arrive at 4:30, you will be asked to wait in the parking lot until cocktail hour begins.

Think breezy, flowy fabrics in pastel or floral prints, but pair them with chic footwear suitable for grass. Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed by name or "and Guest" on your invitation!

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope you will enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Parking is available but cars must be removed by 11pm that night. Unfortunately cars cannot be left overnight in the parking lot.

Yes. In your RSVP, please indicate that you will need bus transportation so we can coordinate with the company on numbers.For out-of-town guests, transportation will pick guests up in Ballantyne, from the Aloft hotel and the Ballantyne Hotel. If you are local to Charlotte and plan on taking an uber to the ceremony, they are able to drop you off right at the ceremony entrance. If you take an uber to the venue, you are welcome to take the bus transportation back to the Aloft hotel for the after party.

We ask that if you have specific dietary restrictions, like gluten or dairy, that you note that in your RSVP.
